• Option 2: You have purchased a property for short-term rental such as Airbnb
I will provide you with a complete dossier on layout and decorative choices, including a detailed booklet tailored to your budget.

• First meeting
Discussions about your lifestyle, tastes, and needs. Objectives: to propose a custom layout that reflects your personality.

• Study project
Discussion around an initial proposal: Summary of the specifications, Moodboard, 2 layout proposals, each with a layout plan and annotations.

• Final project
Final dossier including: specifications, moodboard, materials and color board, final layout plan, 3D view.
